BioPharmCatalyst, owned and operated by Scientist.com, is seeking an entry-level analyst to manage and evolve our core platform intelligence.
This role is designed for a versatile, "do-it-all" self-starter who thrives on the quick rhythm of the financial markets. You will build upon a role that has evolved alongside our platform, blending data integrity, market intelligence, growth marketing, and AI-driven operations.
Responsibilities
· Stock Market Data Management: Act as the primary steward of our investor intelligence database, extracting and validating market-moving data (FDA dates, trial phases, cash runways) from SEC filings and clinical readouts to ensure 100% data integrity for our subscribers.
· Newsletter & Content Production: Manage the editorial calendar and produce market-focused content, including weekly watchlists and monthly portfolios.
· B2C Marketing: Execute marketing strategies by creating Google Ads and visual content using Canva. Manage campaigns across platforms like X, YouTube, and Stocktwits to drive business growth.
· AI Integration: Use AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to build automated workflows, prototype new website tools, and oversee existing AI-driven features.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a major in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
· Market Acumen: Baseline understanding of the stock market or the biotech sector is a huge plus.
· Data Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable auditing thousands of data points where a single error impacts investor decisions.
· Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a broader team and across multiple channels
· AI & Technical Skills: Essential proficiency in AI prompting/workflows (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to automate tasks. Familiarity with Google Ads and Canva for growth execution is a plus.
· The "Early Bird" Schedule: Able to start daily at 7:00 AM ET to ensure data and newsletters are market-ready before the opening bell.
· Work Ethic: A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks, stay ahead of market trends, and work collaboratively with the team.
