About the role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time hybrid role ideally based in Brisbane. Your main focus will be to identify and unlock growth opportunities across our clients' digital experiences, using data, customer insights and experimentation to improve conversion and profitability.

The role involves overseeing the research phase, developing data-led growth strategies, identifying optimisation opportunities, facilitating client meetings, and working with our specialist teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

Research

• Facilitate client Discovery Sessions to understand their business, customers, goals and growth objectives
• Review, interpret, and provide strategic guidance on research findings and tactic reports prepared by subject matter experts
• Identify key customer and business opportunities that can drive growth

Growth & Optimisation Strategy

• Translate insights into clear growth opportunities, hypotheses and actionable recommendations
• Develop prioritised CRO testing roadmaps and quarterly growth strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve performance across the customer journey

Experimentation & Execution

• Prepare test charters with low-fidelity concepts and coordinate experiment delivery with internal teams
• Monitor testing performance, report on results, and continuously refine growth strategies based on insights
• Turn experiment learnings into actionable recommendations and future growth opportunities

Project & Account Management

• Manage client projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Facilitate weekly meetings, monthly reviews, strategic workshops, and ongoing stakeholder communication

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic support
• Help clients identify and prioritise their biggest digital growth opportunities
• Support growth initiatives, upsell opportunities, and new business pitches

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, but is comfortable going deeper than channels and campaigns. You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, digital strategy, experimentation and/or value performance improvements for e-commerce and non-e-commerce businesses
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, with at least one additional specialty area across Analytics, UX Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, or related disciplines highly regarded
• Sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research tactics
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial opportunities
• Strong project management skills to manage and deliver results effectively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
