About Jade
Jade is the first General Hosting Platform.
You drag a zip file in, Jade reads the code, puts it online and gives you a sharable link within minutes. No configuration, no deploy files, no dev-ops.
The idea behind it is simple: anyone should be able to build software from scratch and share it with the world, fast and with as little friction as possible.
Writing code has become the easy part. The slow part is everything that comes after, getting the thing online and in front of people. That is the part we take care of.

x10 by the end of the year.
The role
You own how people find Jade and how they end up paying for it. Every self-service signup that comes from paid, from search, or from an email funnel is yours.
You are the first growth hire, so there is no engine to inherit. You build it: the accounts, the tracking, the funnels, the reporting. What you land on becomes how we do growth.
Within a few months the job changes shape. Once the engine runs, your task becomes hiring and leading the growth team that runs it, and we are building for a global market, so that team will not all sit in Bologna.

We care more about how you think than about your tool list.
Ownership
You get a target and not much structure, and that is when you do your best work. You like taking something from zero to a number you can point at.
Paid engine
You have run real budgets on Meta and Google and can explain a campaign that failed and what you changed.
Search
You know the difference between ranking for a keyword and being the answer an AI model gives, and you have opinions on both.
Numbers
You skip the vanity metrics and track what shows whether the business is working. You can build the dashboard yourself.
Building
You use Claude, n8n, Cursor or whatever gets it done. You do not need to be an engineer. You need to be someone who opens an editor when a process annoys them.
Market
You understand SaaS, PLG, developer tools and self-service pricing well enough to know why a funnel leaks.
Leadership
You want to build a team, not just run campaigns. Or at least you are ready to.
Commitment
You believe anyone should be able to push code online and share a link within minutes.
Requirements
What we offer
Compensation
45 to 55k, plus a bonus tied to the targets you hit. We agree on those together during the process.
Equity
We provide equity based on the work experience.
Ownership
Own your initiatives end to end. We believe in true ownership of defined projects in order to reduce communication friction and bring results in faster.
Team building
You hire the growth team and you lead it. Whoever builds something here usually ends up running it.
Where you work
Two options. Move to Bologna and we help with a relocation bonus. Or stay where you are and spend the first stretch with us in the office, long enough to know the team and the product properly, then work remote after that.
