As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (all genders) who is excited to experiment, uncover new growth opportunities, and turn data-driven insights into scalable customer acquisition. Your Mission As our Growth Marketing Manager , you will help build and optimize a scalable growth engine across the entire customer journey — from first touchpoint to qualified pipeline. Your goal is to identify where our biggest growth opportunities are, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works. You'll combine performance marketing, experimentation, conversion optimization, and data analysis to continuously improve how we acquire and convert customers. Working closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, you'll have the freedom to test new ideas and directly influence how heyData grows. Own and continuously improve customer acquisition across paid and organic growth channels Build and execute a structured growth experimentation roadmap across channels, audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel Own and optimize paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond our existing marketing mix Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion from traffic to lead to qualified pipeline Manage and optimize marketing budgets based on CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI Monitor and analyze key growth metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution Collaborate with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and RevOps to turn insights into experiments and measurable growth Scale successful experiments into repeatable growth initiatives Your Profile 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a similar data-driven marketing role Proven experience driving B2B customer acquisition and pipeline growth, ideally in a SaaS environment Strong experimentation mindset: you know how to turn data and observations into hypotheses, tests, and actionable insights Hands-on experience with paid acquisition; strong Google Ads experience is preferred, while experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus Experience with conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and A/B testing Strong analytical skills and confidence working with funnel and acquisition data Solid understanding of the full B2B customer journey, from acquisition to conversion and pipeline Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot, and advertising platforms; experience with attribution, reporting, and experimentation tools is a plus Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive, and results-driven approach Fluent German (C1 preferred, minimum B2+) and good English communication skills Curious and experimental by nature — you're excited to challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and continuously find better ways to grow Why heyData Your growth matters: High ownership, direct impact on growth, and clear development opportunities, an annual training budget, and genuine trust in your ideas.
