About the Role

This Senior to Staff-level role owns member growth across the complete customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through retention, reactivation and referrals. Working across product, marketing, data, engineering and design, the Growth Product Manager will establish a unified growth backlog, evaluate opportunities through a consistent measurement framework and turn promising ideas into instrumented experiments connected to the product roadmap.


Responsibilities

  • Own member growth and the prioritized backlog supporting it.
  • Build the measurement framework used to size and evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Drive growth across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation and referrals.
  • Lead experiments through hypothesis development, instrumentation, analysis and iteration.
  • Use AI tools to shorten the path from an idea to a shipped experiment.
  • Communicate priorities, reasoning and trade-offs clearly to the executive team.
  • Develop organic and viral growth loops using DistroKid's existing artist tools and promotional assets.
  • Help product managers and marketers identify and remove growth blockers.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or growth experience.
  • 3+ years owning a subscriber, revenue or retention KPI at a scaled consumer or self-service software company.
  • Experience conducting experiments at scale and independently analyzing data.
  • Demonstrated growth or productivity gains from using AI tools.
  • Ability to turn early-stage ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong judgment grounded in evidence, with the flexibility to change direction when the data warrants it.
  • Ability to simplify complex subjects and communicate the associated trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle and marketing-technology tools or experience with personalized product surfaces is beneficial but not required.
  • Visa, work-permit and extension sponsorship is not available.


Compensation and Benefits

  • UK salary range: £100,000-£110,000 GBP per year.
  • The published range reflects Senior-level compensation. Staff-level candidates may be eligible for compensation above it based on experience and qualifications.
