About the Role Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement & Programs, the GTM Enablement Specialist will support the execution of training, content, and tools that enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at a high level. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in GTM operations or enablement within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. Responsibilities Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and maintaining training content Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training programs Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad & Magentrix LMS), ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organized Track and report on enablement program participation and impact metrics (e.g., onboarding progress, tool adoption, training completions) Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams to gather feedback, identify needs, and implement improvements Stay current on Keeper’s platform and GTM strategies to ensure enablement materials stay relevant and aligned Requirements 1+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within a B2B SaaS environment Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS), CRMs like Salesforce, and content management platforms preferred Preferred working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), including core concepts and real-world application Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships) Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 401k (Roth/Traditional) A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc) Above market annual bonuses Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
