GTM Engineer

We are seeking a GTM Engineer . This position is remote and open to candidates across all of LATAM . Requirements 2-4 years of experience in growth-focused marketing with clear ownership of measurable outcomes. Proven experience owning pipeline creation , campaign strategy , and funnel performance . Experience marketing a complex, technical, or otherwise high-consideration product or service. Track record across multiple functions, including paid acquisition , lifecycle/CRM , landing pages , and analytics . Proficiency with Dynamics 365 (CRM architecture and administration) and HubSpot (power-user level: workflows, custom properties, lifecycle stages, pipeline logic). Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay , Outreach , or similar sales automation and enrichment tools. Strong exposure and curiosity toward AI-assisted and no-code tools, including LLM-based personalization. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and list building. Working knowledge of email deliverability mechanics (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce management) is a plus. Advanced English & Spanish. Main Activities Design and maintain CRM architectureand own HubSpot as a data system, lifecycle stages, custom properties, pipeline logic, and data integrity. Build and optimize Apollo workflows and maintain AI-assisted outbound systems. Build and maintain lead routing, scoring, and sales handoff logic between marketing and sales. Maintain integrations and clean, reliable data flow across the full GTM technology stack. Own attribution, multi-touch models that accurately credit which channels, campaigns, and touchpoints drive pipeline and revenue. Prototype and deploy AI-powered workflows for personalization, lead enrichment, scoring, and outreach sequencing. Build campaign workflows, configure automations, QA personalization, and launch and monitor high-scale campaigns. Manage email deliverability infrastructure, domain health, sending warmup, inbox placement, and bounce handling. Deploy and maintain tracking across all landing pages and funnels, from ad click to meeting booked. Maintain lifecycle stage definitions, lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel/marketing performance reporting. Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field.
