Lexo: 15min is building a new way for Albanian-speaking audiences to discover big ideas without needing hours to consume them.

We’re a small, ambitious team moving fast, experimenting constantly, and building a product we believe can become the go-to learning platform for Albanian speakers around the world.

Now we’re looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to help us grow.

🧠 What you’ll do

This isn’t a traditional engineering role where you spend all day working through a backlog.

You’ll sit somewhere between engineering, growth, marketing, product, and data.

Your job will be to help us figure out how Lexo: 15min can acquire more users, understand them better, experiment faster, and scale what works.

You’ll work on things like:

• Connecting and improving our marketing, analytics, and growth stack
• Building automations that save the team hours of manual work
• Setting up analytics, events, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Building dashboards that actually tell us what’s happening
• Helping us understand where users come from and what makes them subscribe
• Setting up and analyzing growth experiments
• Integrating APIs and third-party tools
• Improving onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion funnels
• Finding technical opportunities to make our GTM engine faster and smarter
• Working closely with product and marketing on launches and campaigns

👀 You might be a great fit if...

You’re comfortable somewhere between technical and creative.

You don’t just want someone to tell you exactly what ticket to complete. You like understanding the problem and figuring out the best way to solve it.

Ideally, you have experience with some of the following:

• JavaScript and/or Python
• APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation
• Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, CDPs, or similar tools
• Marketing and growth tools
• Event-based analytics and tracking
• Dashboards and reporting
• Funnels, cohorts, retention, and conversion analysis
• A/B testing and experimentation
• Product-led growth or user acquisition
• AI tools and modern automation workflows

You definitely don’t need to know every tool on this list.

We care much more about whether you can learn quickly, experiment, solve problems, and take ownership.

Experience with consumer apps, SaaS, media, content products, subscriptions, or Albanian-speaking markets is a big plus.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or something similar is welcome, but strong practical experience matters just as much.

🌍 How we work

Remote. Full-time.

We like people who can work independently without disappearing for three days. 😄

You’ll have freedom, but also ownership.

We move quickly, test ideas, look at the data, keep what works, and throw away what doesn’t.

You won’t be joining a huge company where one small change needs six meetings and twelve approvals.

You’ll have a real influence on what we build and how we grow.

💰 Salary

€2,000 to €2,500 gross / month

The exact offer will depend on your experience, technical skills, and what you can bring to the role.

And we don’t see this salary as a ceiling.

As Lexo: 15min grows, and as your impact, ownership, and responsibilities grow with it, there will be room for your compensation to grow too.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build with us for the long term, not simply complete tasks.
