About the Role We are looking for a unique hybrid: a mix between a junior Revenue Operations professional and a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new AI capabilities and workflow automations. You will have a "greenfield" opportunity to build our AI toolset from scratch while ensuring our data remains pristine and connected across departments. You won’t be doing this alone, you will work alongside our Senior HubSpot CRM Admin, freeing you up to focus on the cutting-edge aspects of modern RevOps: administering outbound systems, running growth experiments with our SDR team, and dipping into traditional RevOps fields like planning and analysis when needed. If you are a builder who cares deeply about data integrity, loves low-code automation, and wants to revolutionize how sales teams tackle their market, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities AI & Automation (The "Greenfield") Build our AI infrastructure: Research, select, and implement AI tools from scratch to enhance our Go-to-Market motions. You have a free playing ground to figure out what works best. Design low-code automations: Build and maintain workflows that eliminate manual tasks for our sales and marketing teams using low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make or N8N). Systems thinking: Understand and map out how AI and automation implementations in the revenue engine affect other departments, ensuring a seamless flow of data. SDR Enablement & Lead Generation Administer outbound systems: Take full ownership of our lead-generating and enrichment tech stack, like Clay, Surfe, and Leadfeeder. Drive SDR experiments: Partner directly with the SDR team to run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to generate highly personalized, meaningful outreach at scale and data enrichment for the SDRs at scale. Develop playbooks: Create, maintain, and iterate on sales playbooks to define exactly how our sales team tackles and penetrates our target market. Data & Traditional RevOps Collaborate on CRM strategy: Work closely with our Senior HubSpot Admin (who oversees both Sales and Marketing hubs) to ensure data flows flawlessly between your lead-gen tools and our CRM. Planning & Analysis: Periodically step into traditional RevOps duties, assisting with pipeline analysis, capacity planning, and data hygiene projects. Data Stewardship: Act as a guardian of our revenue data, ensuring that as we scale our automations, our reporting remains accurate and reliable. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a highly analytical/technical growth role. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern outbound and enrichment tools is a plus. CRM Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM Tools. You don't need to be the primary architect, but you need to know how to integrate external tools and push/pull data effectively. Builder Mindset: You aren't just looking to maintain systems; you want to build them from the ground up. You stay up-to-date on the latest AI and automation trends. Analytical Rigor: You care deeply about data structure. You understand that bad data in means bad data out, and you know how a change in a sales process downstream affects marketing upstream. Communication: Ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple concepts for SDRs and Sales Reps. Why Join Us? Autonomy: This is a blank canvas for AI in our GTM strategy. You will have the freedom to test, fail, learn, and implement. Growth: You will bridge the gap between traditional operations and technical GTM engineering, making you a highly versatile operations professional.
