About Signalmash Signalmash operates a cloud communications platform that enables businesses to manage and deliver RCS, SMS, and MMS messaging through carrier and technology-provider integrations. The platform includes customer onboarding, messaging APIs, routing, compliance, vendor integrations, usage tracking, and billing. As we scale our go-to-market motion, we are adding an India-based GTM Engineer to design, build, and operate the systems that power our outbound revenue engine. The Role The GTM Engineer will own the machinery of outbound: the systems that find the right companies, enrich and score them, reach them across email and LinkedIn with strong deliverability, and hand qualified conversations to our sales team with full context. This is an engineering role that serves sales, not a marketing role with tools. You will treat pipeline generation as a system that is instrumented, tested, and improved every week. You will work directly with US leadership, and what you build will become the operating system our SDRs run on. This is a hands-on builder position. The successful candidate must be comfortable wiring APIs and webhooks, debugging workflows at the data level, and proving with numbers that campaigns work before scaling them. Key Responsibilities • Build and operate end-to-end outbound systems including ICP definition, list building, enrichment waterfalls, email verification, segmentation, and signal-based prospecting. • Own cold-email infrastructure including domains, mailboxes, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender rotation, inbox placement monitoring, and send-volume discipline. • Orchestrate multi-channel outbound across email and LinkedIn using data-driven personalization. • Maintain CRM integrity through lead routing, deduplication, lifecycle management, reply classification, meeting handoffs, and reporting. • Apply AI to research, personalization, lead scoring, reply triage, and workflow automation using tools such as Claude Code. • Measure replies, meetings, and pipeline performance, quickly improving or replacing underperforming campaigns. • Deliver clean account lists, dashboards, documentation, and outbound systems that scale with the business. Requirements Required Experience • 2+ years building outbound or GTM systems in-house or at an agency. • Hands-on experience with Clay or equivalent enrichment platforms. • Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Smartlead, Instantly, HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar GTM tools. • Strong email deliverability knowledge including domains, mailboxes, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox placement. • Demonstrated use of AI tools including prompts, agents, enrichment workflows, or scoring systems. • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting using JavaScript or Python. • Strong data hygiene, deduplication, verification, and attribution practices. • Excellent written English for communication with US buyers. • Based in India and available for overlap with US morning hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST). Preferred Experience • Experience in CPaaS, messaging, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, VoIP, telecom, or related SaaS industries. • Experience prospecting into the US market. • Safe LinkedIn automation using HeyReach or similar tools. • Claude Code, MCP, or AI agent frameworks used in production. • Ownership of outbound systems measured by meetings booked and pipeline generated. Location The position is based in India and may initially be remote. Signalmash is evaluating an engineering office in Kochi during 2026-2027. Candidates should be open to relocating to Kochi if an office is established.
