We develop SaaS platforms that enable seamless collaboration between pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and their global manufacturing partners. Our mission is to transform life sciences external manufacturing through scalable, secure, and innovative digital products. We are building our go-to-market engine now. This internship sits inside that build — you will work directly with the CEO and the COO, not through layers. The Role You will own a real part of the GTM function: finding the right accounts, getting to the right people, and keeping the commercial data honest. This is hands-on execution with founder-level exposure to how a B2B enterprise SaaS motion is constructed from scratch. Reports to: COO Works directly with: CEO and COO What You'll Do Pipeline building Define and refine ICP criteria for sponsor and CDMO/CMO segments Build target account and contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io Enrich, verify, and de-duplicate prospect data before it enters the CRM Outbound execution Draft and personalize outbound email sequences and LinkedIn messaging Maintain campaign hygiene — bounces, suppression lists, sequence health Triage inbound replies and route qualified interest to the CEO/COO CRM ownership Own day-to-day data quality in Zoho CRM: field completeness, stage discipline, de-duplication Maintain dashboards and reports leadership uses weekly Marketing support Support collateral, case studies, one-pagers, and LinkedIn content Assist with webinar, conference, and industry event preparation Analysis & reporting Track funnel metrics and channel performance Produce a weekly GTM report with observations, not just numbers Tools You'll Work With Claude Cowork · Claude Code · Zoho CRM · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Apollo.io · plus email, enrichment, and AI-assisted prospecting tooling. You will get real working access to these systems. This is not a shadowing role. Requirements What We're Looking For Strong written English — most of this role is writing Research rigor and genuine care about data accuracy Self-direction: you can run a week's work without being chased Resilience with cold outreach and low reply rates Structured thinking; comfortable with spreadsheets and simple analysis Interest in pharma, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus, not a requirement High proficiency in Claude Cowork (required) — you will use it daily to run research, list building, data cleanup, and reporting workflows Working proficiency in Claude Code (preferred) — useful for handling data at scale and automating repetitive GTM tasks Eligibility Currently enrolled MBA candidate with first year completed Specialization in Sales & Marketing Enrolled at an MBA program in India Able to commit 15–20 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months alongside coursework Own laptop and reliable internet; comfortable working fully remote and async Structure & Expectations Commitment: 15–20 hours/week, minimum 12 months Working hours: flexible, with a required overlap window during IST business hours (to be specified) Cadence: weekly 1:1 with the COO; async updates in between Milestones: defined 30 / 60 / 90-day objectives Checkpoint: performance review at the end of month one before the full-term engagement is confirmed Confidentiality An NDA is required before start. You will handle customer, prospect, and commercial data and are expected to treat all of it as confidential.
