GTM Portfolio Enablement Manager

What You'll Do As a Portfolio Enablement Manager, you'll play a critical role in empowering Edmentum's GTM teams to excel. You'll be the expert who transforms product strategy into compelling training, messaging, and enablement programs that help our field teams confidently position and deliver our portfolio. You'll shape launch readiness, build high-impact learning experiences, and champion the voice of our GTM organization, all while working cross-functionally to drive revenue outcomes. In this role you will: Lead cross-functional portfolio launch readiness to ensure Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Strategic Accounts teams are equipped to drive pipeline growth and product adoption. Build engaging learning experiences, from live trainings to modular e-learning and certifications, that deepen product knowledge and sharpen field skills. Create compelling enablement content including playbooks, battlecards, demo scripts, and value messaging that fuels differentiation and field confidence. Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing, turning roadmap updates and enhancements into crisp, value-driven GTM narratives. Use data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve enablement programs and scale their impact across teams. Who You Are You have deep experience in B2B SaaS, product enablement, or GTM strategy. You have strong cross-functional instincts and excel at building alignment across Product, Marketing, and GTM. You are skilled at turning complex concepts into simple, compelling messages. You have a strong track record of building training, learning pathways, or certification programs. You are an engaging facilitator comfortable leading both virtual and asynchronous learning. You have strong communication and storytelling skills. You are data-driven and use metrics to evaluate program success and inform improvements. You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You are familiar with enablement tools such as Highspot or Clari. You bring curiosity, creativity, and a learner's mindset to your work. You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs. Job Application Deadline: July 22, 2026 Pay range for this role: $100,000 — $105,000 USD At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
