The Role We're hiring a dedicated Go-to-Market recruiter to sit inside one of our client accounts—a global technology company that has been through significant organisational change—and own their sales hiring end to end. You'll work as a peer to two existing senior recruiters on the account, taking full ownership of sales requisitions from day one. This isn't a generalist GTM brief. Our client wants someone who can speak fluently to the difference between Account Executive and Sales/Solutions Consultant hiring—how each role is sourced, assessed and managed differently—and who already has the market network to back it up. If you're energised by scaling high-impact sales teams inside fast-moving, changing environments, and you'd rather bring your own playbook than follow someone else's—this is your stage. What You'll Be Doing: Owning full-cycle recruitment for sales requisitions—Account Executive, Sales/Solutions Consultant and related GTM roles—from briefing through to offer and onboarding. Partnering directly with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, including how AE and SC roles are sourced and assessed differently. Bringing and activating your own network of sales talent, rather than starting from scratch. Building strong, engaged pipelines and nurturing relationships with candidates over time. Sharing your track record and point of view openly—what you've hired before, how you've managed similar searches, and the results you've delivered. What We're Looking For: Proven experience recruiting sales/GTM talent inside a technology company that has been through organisational change or transformation. A genuine hunter mentality—you love recruiting and you love sales, and it shows in how you talk about both. Clear command of what separates AE and SC hiring, and the ability to articulate how you'd manage each. An existing, activatable network across sales and solutions consulting talent. Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit. Previous RPO or embedded/in-house recruitment experience advantageous.
