GTM/Sales Recruiter (remote, contract)

Our client is hiring a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our GTM organization in Canada — from SDRs through Account Executives to Customer Success. You'll partner directly with sales leadership to build hiring plans, run a high-volume pipeline, and close top talent in a competitive market. Bilingual French-English is strongly preferred to support hiring across French- and English-speaking Canadian markets. This role is fully remote, and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. What you'll do Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, close) for SDR, AE, and Customer Success roles across Canada Partner with sales and CS hiring managers to define role requirements, build search strategy, and forecast hiring needs Build and manage a strong pipeline of GTM talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping Guide candidates through the process with clear, timely communication and a strong candidate experience Conduct interviews in both French and English as needed, and support bilingual job postings/candidate communication Use data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion, and report on hiring progress to stakeholders Experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles (SDR, AE, CS) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) strongly preferred Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with and influencing sales leaders Track record of building sourcing pipelines and closing competitive candidates Familiarity with recruiting/ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) Based in Canada All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
