Guest Excellence Intern GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. GuestReady is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support our daily vacation rental operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who wants real exposure to short-term rental operations, guest experience, and back-office coordination. You’ll work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure properties are guest-ready, schedules are on track, and communication flows smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Live Operations team in handling operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation when necessary. Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth stay experience. Follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry. Take ownership of assigned tasks and support ongoing operational projects from planning to execution. ollaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, account managers, onboarding, building management, global customer service) to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve operational workflows and guest service processes.
