Guest Experience Reservationist

Zocha Group looking for talented hospitality professionals with restaurant experience to join our Guest Relations team in a remote role. You will assist guests via phone, text, and email, managing reservations for a range of top-tier restaurants and hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and guest-focused, with a warm yet polished communication style. Prior experience working in restaurant environments is required, and familiarity with platforms like OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, or Tock is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Book and modify reservations using industry platforms (OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, Tock)
• Manage guest communication across phone, email, text, and online messaging
• Build and update guest CRM profiles to enhance personalization and service continuity
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on venue details, policies, and availability
• Communicate directly with venue management to coordinate guest requests and special accommodations
• Ensure accurate logging of guest interactions and follow company protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to deliver polished, guest-first communication aligned with Forbes Travel Guide hospitality standards
• Prior restaurant experience is required (Host, Server, FOH Manager, Maitre D', etc.)
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in reservation systems (OpenTable, Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Resy, Tock) and communication tools (such as Slack)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
