What we can offer you: 25 days of annual leave Access to our company pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing: Manage and supervise a team of engineers and specialist subcontractors Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met Monitor and enforce contract obligations Ensure engineer reports are completed promptly upon fault identification Monitor and maintain spreadsheets used by the engineering team Liaise with the Admin team on a daily basis Stand in for the Hard Services Manager during periods of absence Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and workflow Take part in the on call rota 1 week in 4 What we're looking for: Ability to pass DBS check Proven supervisory or team management experience Knowledge of statutory compliance and contract management Strong understanding of engineering operations and maintenance Ability to manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors Proficient in spreadsheet monitoring and data management Excellent communication and liaison skills Ability to work hands-on as a working supervisor Capable of deputising for senior management Strong organisational and time management abilities Electrical Background with 18th Edition & Test and Inspect cert with a minimum of 2yrs experience What’s next?
