We are currently hiring experienced HCM Solution Engineers for a leading global organization.

Position: HCM Solution Engineer

📍 Location: India (100% Remote)

📅 Duration: 6–12 Months (Extendable)

🚀 Start Date: ASAP

Mandatory Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support end-to-end HCM technology solutions.
Work across Workday and integrated Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Clocking platforms.
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, file-based, and event-driven solutions.
Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and authentication protocols.
Collaborate with HR, Product Owners, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday or other enterprise HCM platforms.
Experience with Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Clocking solutions.
Strong understanding of HCM architecture, APIs, Middleware, ETL, SSO, IAM, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise integrations.
Experience working in global, multi-country, and multi-vendor environments.
