For this, we are looking for you as Shape the Future of Global KOL Engagement At Geistlich, we combine scientific excellence with innovation. We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven professional to lead the development and management of our international Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network in implant dentistry and regeneration. Your Responsibilities Lead and further develop the international KOL Development Program, including budget ownership and execution Establish and optimize scalable global KOL management processes Manage and grow the Geistlich Alumni Community through networking events and engagement initiatives Develop communication strategies and content for international KOLs Define and monitor global KOL KPIs in collaboration with local affiliates Partner closely with affiliate KOL managers to support local objectives Personally manage a group of international Key Opinion Leaders Identify, recruit, and develop new opinion leaders Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field Experience working with KOLs, ideally in implant dentistry, regeneration, or the medical device industry Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority Collaborative, empathetic, and highly organized personality Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage Self-driven, reliable, and confident in interacting with leading experts Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%) Fluent in English German, French, Spanish or Italian language are a plus Location Open to locations worldwide, preferably in a European market with Geistlich presence (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France) Why Geistlich?
