Job Purpose About the Role Obviously Protect is the brand-protection business within the RWS Group, helping global brands monitor and enforce against online infringements across marketplaces, social media, websites and domains. We are scaling our teams across the US, EMEA and APAC, and this role is part of that build-out. Stand up and lead Obviously Protect's APAC region — clients, platform relationships and a local team — opening in FY26 and scaling across FY27-FY28. For further information, please visit: RWS IP S olutions Job Overview Key Responsibilities Own APAC client delivery and growth, building the regional team across Client Experience, Enforcement and, over time, Engineering. Develop relationships with APAC-specific platforms and marketplaces. Recruit, onboard and lead the APAC team; solid-line management of regional staff with dotted-line functional alignment to the VPs. Adapt enforcement and client-experience playbooks to the regional regulatory and platform landscape. Represent APAC in capacity planning and the hiring plan. Skills & Experience Senior regional leadership experience in APAC, ideally in brand protection, IP, e-commerce or trust & safety. Strong knowledge of APAC platforms and marketplaces. Proven ability to build a function and team from the ground up. Fluency in relevant regional language(s) and cross-cultural commercial experience. Right to work in the relevant APAC market.
