A senior, highly structured, execution-driven operator with strong business judgment, financial acumen, and the confidence to align and hold senior leaders accountable. The ideal candidate has led operations or cross-functional teams in fast-moving, complex environments, communicates clearly, handles difficult conversations well, and can create order and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Your day-to-day

1. Coordinate cross-functional execution across key business areas and keep priorities moving.
2. Track owners, milestones, deadlines, and follow-up actions for strategic initiatives.
3. Run operating cadences such as leadership meetings, scorecards, and business reviews.
4. Identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.
5. Hold leaders accountable for commitments, results, and corrective actions.
6. Provide the CEO with clear updates on performance, risks, decisions, and capacity.

Nice to haves

• Use automation/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier/Make/Airtable Automations) to reduce manual work, accelerate handoffs, and enforce process consistency across teams.
• Develop executive dashboards for unified visibility of priorities, progress, and risks; enable data-driven reviews and self-serve insights (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Build robust Excel/Google Sheets models for tracking, forecasting, capacity planning, and what-if analysis to support scorecards and execution reviews.
• Apply AI tools to speed analysis, synthesis, materials preparation, and process acceleration; standardize prompts/workflows for reliable operational outputs.
