About the Job Join us in reshaping the future of golf! With a team of over 85 passionate people, we're dedicated to our mission in revolutionizing the golf industry one swing at a time. Our international team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Head of Business Operations to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. In this role, you translate our revenue targets into an operational plan and bring five independent teams together along this plan. You are the central authority for planning, timing, and alignment in the revenue and marketing area, holding everything together. Ready to embrace your Vice? Your Fairway Break down monthly and quarterly D2C targets into weekly and daily targets with specific references to products and promotional campaigns Develop target proposals for C-level executives, who will approve the final plan Manage the product and promotional calendar, taking processes and deadlines into account Ensuring lead times across five teams (E-commerce & UX, CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand & Marketing, Tech) and identifying and resolving deviations early on Leading the weekly trading review Analyzing problems and developing solutions together with the teams Expanding planning to additional sales channels (Green Grass, Specialty Retail, Amazon, etc.) You make independent decisions regarding promotional calendars, discounts, and team prioritization; budget, pricing, and P&L remain the responsibility of C-level leadership. Your Scorecard Commercial numerical acumen and judgment rather than mere reporting of numbers Fluency in spoken and written German and English Several years of professional experience (5+ years) in business operations, consulting, chief of staff, commercial, and program management, or comparable experience in complex organizational areas is desirable A background in performance marketing, content, or e-commerce technology is an asset but not a requirement Organizational skills to bring five teams together, identify dependencies early on, and ensure coordination before a gap turns into a problem A critical mindset to challenge the status quo, contribute your own ideas, and actively help shape the future rather than just following plans Structured thinking with foresight Informal leadership skills to convince experienced team leads on an equal footing and think creatively with them about the future, while still giving them the space to apply their technical expertise A passion for golf is a plus, but not a requirement Our Clubhouse We embrace diversity and innovation.
