Vielfältige Aufgaben Act as the disciplinary leader for the Common IT Services organization in Lisbon, fostering an engaging culture, developing employees, and building high-performing teams. Develop and grow the local IT organization, driving talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and retention in close collaboration with HR and recruiting. Ensure successful staffing and delivery of IT services in collaboration with German delivery organizations, supporting quality, security, and operational excellence. Execute and further develop the local implementation of the IT strategy in alignment with the German IT organization and business priorities. Serve as the primary interface to German stakeholders, aligning workforce planning, organizational priorities, and service delivery expectations. Manage budgets and financial planning for the local IT organization, including forecasting, annual planning, and close collaboration with Finance and Controlling. Support organizational ramp-ups and growth initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, resource planning, and workforce scaling. Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT domains and business functions to support strategic initiatives and operational success. Establish effective governance and working practices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and legal requirements. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Lisbon IT Hub, helping shape a scalable, collaborative, and future-ready organization. Überzeugendes Profil University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in IT leadership roles with proven disciplinary people management responsibility. Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading multicultural and distributed teams. Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments, including application delivery, workplace services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related IT domains. Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and organizational growth. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across countries and organizational levels. Fluent English and Portuguese language skills; German language skills are a plus. Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting the setup, scaling, or transformation of IT organizations or delivery centers. Knowledge of Agile ways of working, DevOps, ITIL, or Service Management frameworks. Experience working in international matrix organizations. Your primary focus will be building and developing high-performing teams, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring successful collaboration with the German IT organizations: Cyber Security, IT Corporate Functions, Platform & Technologies, and Workplace. Acting as the key interface between Lisbon and Germany, you will align workforce planning, organizational priorities, and service delivery requirements while fostering a positive employee experience and a strong performance culture. Together with local and German stakeholders, you will help shape the future growth and maturity of our Lisbon IT Hub and contribute to the successful expansion of EnBW’s IT organization.
