About H Company H Company builds an agentic AI platform capable of operating directly on computer interfaces (computer use), beyond plain text or reasoning tasks. Built on our Holo models and an open orchestration architecture, our platform lets enterprise customers automate complex processes through agents that perceive, decide, and act — backed by a Forward Deployed Engineers model that ensures genuine knowledge transfer to our clients' teams. The Agent API is our developer entry point: it lets developers integrate our agents into their workflows via SDKs, n8n, MCP, and CLI. The Role We are looking for a Head of Community to build and lead H Company's developer and builder community from the ground up. This is not a traditional community management role. You will be the person responsible for turning H's technology into a vibrant ecosystem of developers, researchers, AI builders and technical creators who experiment with our products, build on top of them, share what they create and help shape the future of agentic AI. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing and the external developer ecosystem . Your mission will be to make H one of the companies that developers instinctively think of when they want to build with AI agents . You'll have significant ownership: defining the community strategy, choosing the channels and programs that matter, creating the operating model What You'll Do Build the H developer community from 0 to 1 Define H Company's global community strategy and roadmap. Identify the developers, researchers, founders and technical creators we want to attract and engage. Build and own the channels where our community lives — including Discord, GitHub, social platforms, events and other relevant ecosystems. Create programs that turn users into contributors, advocates and community leaders. Develop relationships with influential developers, researchers and technical creators in the AI ecosystem. Build a network of ambassadors, champions and early adopters around H's products. Work closely with Product to understand our APIs, SDKs, models and agent platforms. Build the H community brand Represent H at conferences, hackathons, meetups and developer events around the world. Build relationships with universities, research communities, open-source projects and developer organizations. Identify emerging trends and communities in AI, agents and developer tooling. Become a visible and credible voice for H within the developer ecosystem. Help establish H as a leading technical brand in agentic AI. Build the function Define community KPIs and reporting. Establish the systems and processes needed to scale community engagement. Experiment continuously and double down on what works. Hire and develop a world-class community team as the function grows. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Community, Developer Marketing, Product Marketing or a closely related technical role. Proven experience building a technical/developer community from 0 to 1 . Strong technical credibility and the ability to engage naturally with software engineers and technical audiences. Comfortable reading and writing code and working with APIs, SDKs and developer tools. Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Strong understanding of the developer journey and developer adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating technical content, tutorials, demos or developer education. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Experience organizing developer events, hackathons, meetups or similar programs. Strong understanding of modern AI and developer ecosystems. Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy starting things from scratch, experimenting and figuring things out without a playbook. Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect community activity to measurable product and business outcomes. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. You Might Be a Great Fit If...
