About the Opportunity

Phipps Cameron is partnering with a private equity-backed market leader to appoint a senior Corporate Development executive to lead its M&A strategy and execution.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced dealmaker who has successfully led acquisitions within the services sector. Working closely with the executive leadership team and investors, you will identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions that support the company's ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including sourcing, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, negotiation and execution.
• Develop and execute the company's acquisition strategy in line with long-term growth objectives.
• Build relationships with founders, advisors, investment banks and private equity sponsors to develop a strong acquisition pipeline.
• Support post-acquisition integration planning to maximise value creation.
• Mentor and develop members of the Corporate Development team while working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations and Legal.

About You

• 10+ years' experience leading complex M&A transactions.
• A proven track record of executing acquisitions within the services sector and PE backed businesses, ideally blue-collar or field services businesses.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation and commercial due diligence.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
