Join a fast-growing eight-figure wellness brand producing over 800 creative assets each month. With the US as our primary market, you'll partner with the CMO and Acquisition team to shape a creative strategy that drives growth. You'll lead a multidisciplinary creative team, build scalable creative systems, and ensure creative decisions are driven by customer insight, performance data, and structured testing. Get ready to Own creative strategy across products, markets, and acquisition channels. Translate commercial priorities into creative roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and testing plans. Partner with Acquisition to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and customer acquisition through creative. Own the creative testing programme across hooks, angles, creators, formats, and offers. Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team of approximately 10 people. Build scalable creative operations, workflows, and prioritisation processes. Collaborate closely with CRM, CRO, Product, and Brand teams. Present creative strategy, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. We expect you to Have 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar leadership role. Have experience leading creative teams in a DTC ecommerce or high-growth consumer brand. Have a proven track record of improving creative performance through structured testing. Have a strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and modern paid social ecosystems. Be a commercially minded creative strategist with strong leadership skills. Have a deep understanding of performance marketing and paid social creative. Have experience building creative for the US market or strong international consumer brands. Be confident using performance data to shape creative decisions. Be an excellent people manager who builds high-performing teams. Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Salary Gross salary range is 5500-6500 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
