Are you the Head of Data we’re looking for? Your mission at Sitoo At Sitoo, we believe that the most sophisticated technology should feel the most simple to the person using it. As Head of Data, you will lead a small but growing Data & Analytics team through its next phase, staying close to the work while building trusted data products, scalable analytics capabilities and better decision-making across Product, Engineering and the business. You will be a hands-on data leader who guides our data team into the next phase of maturity. This is a role for a doer who enjoys being close to execution, building the foundation with the team, and operationalizing our data strategy while we grow, all while reporting directly to the CPO. Execute and scale Sitoo’s data strategy, including internal analytics and selected customer-facing data opportunities. Own and prioritize the Data & Analytics roadmap, balancing foundational platform work with high-impact business and product use cases. Strengthen data quality practices for critical data domains, making data more reliable, observable and trusted. Build a governed data layer that can support better analytics, automation and future AI use cases. What you'll do You'll partner with the CPO and product leads to influence what gets built, bringing data-driven thinking into prioritization and ensuring we build for scale and insight. Own the data roadmap, evolving analytics from internal reporting to customer-facing value drivers. Establish a new data operating model, documenting workflows and using automation to remove organizational friction. Implement data quality and observability frameworks linked to product release cycles to increase reliability. Lead, mentor, and grow the data team through hands-on daily execution and priority setting. Drive a data-first culture by championing data literacy and ensuring actionable insights across the organization. Act as the primary data evangelist, using storytelling and operational alignment to foster organizational change. What you’ll bring to the table We are looking for a pragmatic data leader with a strong business mindset and the ability to turn data strategy into practical execution and business value. Whether your background is in Retail, Fintech, or complex Enterprise SaaS, what matters is your ability to operate as a strategic peer who can bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business value. Proven track record of data leadership in fast-paced environments, with experience building and developing high-performing data teams Strategic thinking within a SaaS/Retail environment, with the ability to shape product prioritization through data-backed evidence Extensive experience with modern data infrastructure, cloud data warehouses, and implementing scalable governance frameworks Experience leveraging AI and machine learning models within data products to solve complex business problems Proven experience from building data platforms from the ground up and a strong desire to stay hands-on with implementation, data modelling, and architectural decisions.
