Head of Design

Head of Design over99.com operates one of the fastest-growing crypto casinos in the market. We’re now looking for a Head of Design to fully own and define how over99 looks, feels, and evolves — across product, brand, marketing, and content. This is a senior, high-impact role with real authority. You will not inherit a finished design function — you will build it, lead it, and be accountable for it end to end . The Role As Head of Design , you will have full ownership of the entire design function at over99. You will act as the single point of responsibility for all design output, decisions, and quality standards across the business. You will define and enforce a bold, modern, non-generic brand identity , while ensuring the flexibility needed to operate in a high-velocity crypto casino environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth — but retain final authority on design decisions. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable setting vision, building teams, and executing hands-on when speed or quality demands it.
