Gold & Aron is an executive search firm. We are recruiting on behalf of our client: a high-growth, AI foundation model pioneer building core infrastructure for real-time voice and audio intelligence ($200M+ raised).

Our client is looking for a Head of Editorial Content to build and drive their global narrative. You will partner directly with the company founders, CMO, and high-level technical teams, acting as an investigative journalist to uncover great stories inside the company and turn them into insightful, high-impact content. This exceptional individual will

• :Talk with product and engineering teams to identify the most exciting technical breakthroughs and real-world customer uses
• .Ghostwrite thought leadership pieces for the CEO and write clear explainers about complex AI tech
• .Set up a practical publishing schedule tied to major company updates and product releases
• .Build repeatable editorial series that make the company a trusted source for news in voice tech
• .Use modern AI tools and agents adeptly and intelligently in daily writing, research and tasks
• .Work closely with the marketing and comms teams to ensure brand messaging stays consistent

• e:8+ years writing or editing for tech publications, newsletters or technical software companie
• s.Strong reporting instincts: you know how to interview technical people and extract the most important detail
• s.A clear, simple writing style that makes hard technical topics easy to understand without watering them dow
• n.A real curiosity about AI, software tools and how developers build modern app
• s.A leading user of AI tools for every day to research, task management, and for heightened productivit
