Plan and manage resources and budgets, with optimal use of both internal and external resources. Develop employee and team competencies, tools and processes to support the roadmap delivery and company strategy. Provide engineering excellence support for product development projects and Life Cycle activities. Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external partners (e. g. other functions in the company, approval agencies, suppliers). Define and implement technology strategies. Develop a network of external partners to improve performance by providing additional required competencies and capacity. Role Requirements Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar. (Masters preferred.) Related Experience Experience in designing software and hardware for embedded electronic systems. Experience in leading technical developments of embedded systems within multi-disciplinary engineering environment. Experience of planning and budgeting development projects Experience with current software development methodology (embedded & apps). Knowledge of project management for software and electronics development Must be able to effectively assess and troubleshoot technical problems Willingness to take on and learn new technologies Experience of leveraging AI tools to drive innovation and project delivery..
