You'll report directly to the CEO, work closely with a Head of Finance counterpart in Asia, and lead a team of three accountants who need a great mentor as much as they need a great manager. What you'll own Accounting operations end to end: books, local cash management, reporting, compliance, and local regulatory requirements — all clean, all current, all audit-ready at any given moment Team leadership: manage and grow a team of three accountants; be the person who raises their game Financial truth: build and maintain sources of truth for revenue, costs, and all key metrics — so leadership always knows exactly where the business stands Scalable processes: design the finance infrastructure that can keep up as the company keeps opening doors What success looks like In six months, the numbers are clean and everyone knows it.
