What you´ll do Sit on the Americas Leadership team and co-shape the region's strategy. Drive strategic finance initiatives that build the future of Emma's finance function in the Americas. Lead cross-functional projects with teams across the region and globally, and own the results. Turn data into recommendations that inform decisions across the business. Review, improve, and where needed redesign internal processes and operating structures — for the region and at global scale. Shape team structure and composition, as well as develop future leaders. Who we're looking for 7+ years in commercial finance or related fields. Deep finance expertise, with the ability to pick up new topics fast. Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication — able to translate complex financial information for any stakeholder. Self-reliant and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset. A strategic, creative thinker who manages stakeholders and priorities well under pressure. Adaptable, with a clear read on what matters most in a fast-changing environment. Curious and solution-oriented — always looking for a better way. A track record of scoping projects well and delivering results fast.
