Head of Formula 1 Development

About the Role

We are an expanding international business, focused on the fast-paced, high-performance world of Formula 1, seeking an experienced professional who can further accelerate our continued growth within the sport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Performance Insights name within Formula 1, working closely with our talent portfolio, along with teams, sponsors, rights holders, and race promoters.

As a senior position, this is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, commercially savvy professional with an established reputation in the sport. A detailed knowledge of the Formula 1 commercial ecosystem is a must.

This is a full-time, remote working position for a UK resident.

Key Responsibilities

⁠

• Reporting into the Managing Director, lead business development activities for Performance Insights within Formula 1
• Build a close relationship with our talent portfolio, which includes well-known figures from across the sport
• Identify revenue and business growth opportunities within the F1 commercial ecosystem
• Support the work of Performance Insights partners, including our work with Fane Productions and Hintsa.
• Account manage specific commercial partnerships within the sport
• Develop strong relationships to C-suite level across sponsors, race promoters, and corporate hospitality providers

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

• Proven track record in partnership, talent, or premium corporate hospitality management
• Strong team player with a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic
• ⁠Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
