Head of Fundraising ( Fully remote, Top5 Prop trading house, 募资负责人)

Role Overview

Build the firm’s global fundraising and institutional capital network from 0 to 1.

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Fundraising professional with strong investor relationships and a proven fundraising track record.

You will be responsible for developing investors and distribution channels, raising capital for asset management products, and building long-term partnerships across Asia and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with institutional investors, Family Offices, HNWIs, Private Banks and Wealth Managers
• Lead fundraising activities from investor engagement to investment
• Build and expand institutional distribution and fundraising channels
• Present investment strategies, manage investor due diligence and drive conversion
• Work closely with Investment, Product, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams
• Provide investor and market insights to support fundraising and product strategy
• Help build the firm's Asset Management BD platform and team。

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Hedge Funds, PE, Wealth Management, Fund Distribution, Institutional BD or IR
• Strong existing investor / institutional / distribution network
• Proven track record in fundraising or capital raising
• Good understanding of alternative investments, private funds or cross-border asset management
• Strong BD, relationship management and execution skills
• Entrepreneurial, highly driven and comfortable building from 0 to 1
• Strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English communication skills preferred to liaise with global stakeholders.

Preferred Network / Background

• Preferred: Candidates with established access to overseas capital, institutional investors, Family Offices, Private Banks or Wealth Management channels.
• Capital sources across Singapore, Hong Kong, Middle East and other international markets
• Experience raising capital for USD-denominated, offshore or cross-border funds
