Head of Impact & Insights Be part of a global movement creating fairer trade and building a better future for people, planet and pay. We're looking for an inspiring and strategic Head of Impact & Insights to lead Fairtrade Foundation’s approach to evidence, learning, analytics and organisational performance. You'll shape how we measure impact, use data to inform decisions and ensure learning drives continuous improvement across the organisation. Leading a multidisciplinary team covering research, monitoring and evaluation, analytics and transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Fairtrade demonstrate its impact and deliver on its strategy. About you You'll bring significant experience leading impact, MEL, research or performance functions, alongside strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills. You'll be passionate about using evidence to drive change and helping organisations make better decisions. Why join us?
