Team: Delivery Experience Contract Type: Employee Job Description About the role: We are seeking a visionary and experienced executive to join our team as the Head of International Delivery and Solutions Development. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our cross-border logistics footprint, ensuring our delivery network is robust, scalable, and ready to support our ambitious global expansion. You will lead international teams, design innovative logistics solutions, and manage key partnerships while maintaining strict financial and operational control. Your main responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the international delivery strategy, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with the Allegro Group's long-term expansion objectives. Financial & Commercial Management: Oversee contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, and P&L performance, maintaining accountability for cost efficiency and financial outcomes. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and engage international delivery teams, fostering leadership capabilities, accountability, and succession planning. Innovation & Process Improvement: Design and implement tailored international logistics solutions, adapting to diverse markets and customer needs, and driving process improvement across international delivery. Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with carriers and logistics providers, securing favorable terms, and collaborating with Technology and Operations teams to optimize network efficiency. Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with customs regulations, certifications, and authorizations, minimizing risks and safeguarding the continuity of operations. We are looking for: Extensive Industry Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role within international logistics, e-commerce delivery, supply chain, or courier services. Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Ability to translate high-level corporate expansion goals into actionable, scalable, and resilient international delivery strategies. Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing P&L, budgeting, and pricing frameworks, with a demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency and positive financial outcomes. Master Negotiator: Exceptional skills in building strategic partnerships and leading complex contract negotiations with global carriers and logistics providers. Inspiring Leader: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling diverse, cross-border teams, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Ability to work seamlessly with Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement tailored, tech-enabled logistics solutions. Customs & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of international trade, cross-border e-commerce regulations, and customs procedures (experience with AEO or similar certifications is a strong plus). Language Skills: Fluency in English is required to operate effectively in an international business environment. What we offer: Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
