Learn more at www.tabsquare.ai Key Responsibilities Serve as primary legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, partnerships, enterprise customers, vendors). Advise on data privacy and regulatory compliance, including Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other APAC privacy regulations. Support product launches, fintech/payment integrations, and cross-border business expansion. Manage corporate governance and company secretarial matters, including board resolutions, director changes, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions. Work closely with the corporate legal team in Berlin, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and other business functions on legal and compliance matters. Conduct legal and compliance training for internal teams and support the implementation of internal policies and best practices. Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border legal issues. Key Requirements Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in a regional corporate legal capacity within a fast-paced, fast-evolving, and dynamic environment, post relevant degree in Law. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the tech industry would be preferred. Successful experience in leading negotiations on complex, high value, contracts, and agreement is a must have. Be able to break down legal advice in simple terms that can be comprehended by business stakeholders who don’t have any legal background. Excellent written communication skills in drafting high-value legal documentation, which must be clear, unambiguous, concise, and conclusive, leaving no room for misinterpretation or manipulation. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines, be proactive and self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and have an ability to remain calm and composed during times of uncertainty and stress.
