Building the Future of Precision Medicine Transforming Healthcare with AI-Driven Insights and Advanced Imaging ConcertAI is seeking a Head of Legal for TeraRecon , its industry-leading advanced imaging and AI visualization subsidiary. This senior role serves as the chief legal advisor to TeraRecon’s executive leadership, overseeing all legal, contracting, employment, corporate governance, and data privacy matters impacting the business. The Head of Legal owns TeraRecon’s commercial contracting, transactional, employment, litigation, and intellectual property matters, and acts as Data Protection Officer. This leader partners closely with the Regulatory team on healthcare compliance, manages the TeraRecon Legal team, and reports directly to the SVP and General Manager of TeraRecon, with a dotted-line to ConcertAI’s General Counsel for broader legal issues. Key responsibilities include leading legal negotiations for sales and strategic partnerships, maintaining and revising contract frameworks, overseeing all written agreements, and providing legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from development to commercialization. The role also manages outside counsel relationships, legal budgets, and supports employment matters in partnership with HR. The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and US State Bar admission, with at least 8 years of corporate legal experience, including contract negotiation, IP, litigation oversight, and corporate governance. Experience in healthcare or software/SaaS, data privacy compliance, and leading high-performing legal teams in dynamic environments is strongly preferred.
