That's where you come in. Location: Sydney (Hybrid, 3-4 days in-office) Employment type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive Series A salary + meaningful equity Working with: Reports to a co-founder. Leads a team of three, and partners closely with product, design, and the founders. Your role We're looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to shape Fetch's next stage. This is a senior player-coach role owning the full marketing engine: brand, creative, content, comms and lifecycle. The job is to help people trust us, remember us and choose us, then build the brand that makes Fetch impossible to ignore. You'll need creative instincts and commercial judgement. Some days you'll set strategy, other days you'll write the landing page, shape the campaign, review the numbers or brief a creator. What you'll build A brand people remember : brand, content, messaging and campaigns that make Fetch stand out A weekly creative engine : an in-house testing machine across creative, messaging, campaigns and landing pages that compounds every week. A content and comms presence : a consistent, premium way Fetch shows up everywhere, unmistakably us. A high-craft team : a small marketing team you hire, coach and lead as Fetch scales. About you You've scaled something before. You've helped build a brand people notice and remember. You know what good looks like, and how much craft, speed and discipline it takes. This might look like: 5+ years in marketing, ideally through a Series A to C consumer business You've hired and led a marketing team You've built or run an in-house creative testing operation Good judgement across copy, design, campaigns, landing pages and customer experience A sharp eye for creative that works on Meta, TikTok and beyond Nice to have: subscription, product-led growth, commercial ownership, or regulated-category experience. Beyond the CV: You're optimistic and ambitious, and you get the people around you excited to go harder You have a relentless sense of urgency. You do the thing instead of talking about it You build your own AI agents and try new models the day they land, but you know when to do it by hand You care about the tiny details that make a brand feel premium and trustworthy You love pets! 💗 You probably won't love this role if You want a big team and an agency roster, and you'd rather manage from a distance You need perfect data, perfect briefs or perfect structure You're uncomfortable being challenged, or you think people should stay in their lane What it's like here We're ambitious, collaborative, and genuinely enjoy building together.
