About the Opportunity

A fast-growing holistic health and wellness company, led by a globally recognized health coach and integrative medicine expert, is looking for a Marketing Head to drive brand growth, digital strategy, and revenue across its ecosystem of programs, consultations, and learning platforms.

This is a leadership role for someone passionate about purposeful work at the intersection of health, content, and digital innovation.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy — brand, digital, performance, and content.
• Scale online programs and optimize website journeys to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead and mentor digital, creative, and content teams in a collaborative, remote-first setup.
• Build high-impact campaigns across email, SEO, paid media, and partnerships.
• Drive PR and brand positioning initiatives aligned with company vision.
• Identify and execute strategic collaborations within the wellness ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• 12–15 years in marketing, with strong expertise in digital and growth marketing.
• Background in wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or health-tech industries (required).
• Prior experience in start-ups or scaling D2C / digital-first brands (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
