We are Enky

Enky is scaling premium furniture rental across Europe — Workplace, Hospitality, and Real Estate — and we're not slowing down. We're already live in ~10 countries, with France and the UK as our two biggest markets right now, and we're doubling down hard on both. On top of our core business, we're launching a new vertical in second-hand and vintage furniture.

We're a ~40-person team, fully remote, moving fast, and building the infrastructure to scale across Europe.

The Role

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own the marketing function end-to-end — including lead generation & acquisition — and lead a team of 4-5 people (brand, content, marketing ops, personal branding). You'll report to Shari, Head of Revenue.

This is a strategist-first role — owning vision, plan and budget — while staying close enough to the ground to get hands dirty when it counts. Brand sits at the heart of this role: our ambition is to build a very strong, distinctive brand, and this person will need a sharp brand vision to lead the team toward it.

What You'll Own

• Marketing strategy for a company scaling across Europe, with France and the UK as top priority markets

• The marketing budget — where to invest, what to cut, how to squeeze the most impact out of every euro

• A team of 4-5 (brand, content, ops, personal branding) — hiring, coaching, and growing them

• Go-to-market across all our business verticals, including the newly-launched second-hand/vintage furniture line

• Turning Shari's revenue targets into a concrete, resourced marketing plan

• Staying hands-on where it matters
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• A track record of owning marketing strategy and budget at a fast-growing company

• Proven ability to translate business/revenue targets into marketing investment decisions

• Experience managing and developing a team (3+ people)

• Comfortable across brand, content, and multi-channel marketing

• Strong command of budget management and ROI thinking
