As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Head of Marketing for International Markets City: Belgrade Role Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing for International Markets to lead marketing strategy and commercial growth across Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility for the regional marketing function, focused on growing market share, optimizing CPA and maximizing ROI across online and retail channels in a fast-paced gaming and betting environment. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand competes and wins in highly competitive markets, driving both performance marketing excellence and strong regional brand presence. Responsibilities: Own the regional marketing strategy : Define and execute the marketing strategy for the ROB region with a clear focus on growth, market share and commercial impact. Drive acquisition and performance : Lead data-driven marketing initiatives across digital performance, paid media, affiliate and omnichannel campaigns, continuously optimizing CPA and marketing efficiency. Manage marketing economics : Take full ownership of marketing P&L, ensuring strong ROI and effective allocation of investment across channels and markets. Scale growth through data : Track and optimize key growth metrics including NRC/FTD acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value (CLV). Shape commercial strategy : Partner with business leaders to develop offers, promotional mechanics and pricing approaches that drive growth across both online and retail betting/gaming channels. Strengthen brand leadership : Identify opportunities to differentiate and strengthen the MaxBet brand in a highly competitive gaming market. Lead and develop the team : Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing organization, ensuring strong collaboration with online and retail business teams. Zahtevi Qualifications: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. 10+ years of marketing experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles. Experience in gaming, betting, iGaming or similar fast-growing digital industries is highly preferred. Regional experience in leading marketing or commercial functions across multiple markets, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia & Montenegro, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulations. Strong background in performance marketing, growth strategy and marketing budget management. Experience working with analytics and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, DWH reporting or similar). Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.
