Role Overview As the Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to drive the marketing strategy for a rapidly growing fintech company. Your role will involve creating a measurable impact on revenue and brand presence, leading a diverse team, and exploring new acquisition channels. This position offers a unique chance to work in a hybrid setting from the Riga office, combining both digital and offline marketing strategies in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Own the marketing strategy end-to-end, focusing on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue impact. Lead and develop a team of in-house and outsourced designers and marketing managers, ensuring quality and scalability. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at B2B fintech/payments audiences. Define and own the growth roadmap, identifying new acquisition channels. Build and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend based on performance and ROI. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Compliance to align messaging and lead generation with business requirements. Establish and track growth-focused KPIs, reporting results to leadership. Oversee content, creative, and campaign production, ensuring consistency and speed of execution. Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions, providing strategic insights. Requirements Proven experience as Head of Marketing or senior growth marketing leader within fintech, payments, EMI, or financial services. Track record of leading marketing functions with a growth/performance orientation. Experience managing and developing both in-house and outsourced teams. Strong grasp of digital and offline marketing tactics. Experience in a B2B environment targeting business customers in payments or financial services. Familiarity with the regulatory context of EMI/payments businesses is a plus. Solid budget management and ROI analysis skills. Preferably based in Riga. Languages: English, Russian.
