Join us as an Head of Media/Buying iGaming and play a crucial role in expanding this vertical. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the global media buying strategy aligned with the company's growth, revenue, and profitability objectives. Manage advertising budgets across multiple GEOs and brands, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient capital allocation. Oversee acquisition campaigns across major traffic sources, including Meta, Google, TikTok, native advertising, DSPs, programmatic, push, pop, display, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels. Identify and launch new traffic sources, advertising networks, and acquisition opportunities to diversify and scale user acquisition. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics. Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and implement new traffic strategies. Requirements: Experience in performance marketing or media buying, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the iGaming industry. Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, programmatic buying. Proven track record of managing large-scale acquisition budgets and delivering profitable growth. Extensive experience with casino, sportsbook, or betting products across multiple markets. Strong expertise in player acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention economics. Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing and partnership channels is highly desirable.
