Before that, I was CEO of a SaaS spin-off at Glovo, and before that I led the entire commercial team for Non-Restaurants (Q-commerce) at Glovo, growing it from €29M to €1,200M in GMV… and now I've decided to dedicate my life to Qida's mission. I joined Qida because I loved the combination of a meaningful mission with the business challenge that the new business vertical represented. Building something almost from scratch… where everything is still to be done and the potential is incredible, working to help seniors live longer and better lives. Never losing sight of the mission: "Achieve health and social care system sustainability by: Maximizing quality of life of the seniors Maximizing the ability of health and social care systems of acting preventatively and in a coordinated manner" As part of this mission, we want to build a TOP ecosystem of goods and services for current clients and potential new clients who aren't customers yet. Today, it generates €300K a year in revenue, and we want to grow it to €15M a year in 3 years. That's why I'm looking for someone who's a machine, who cares about the mission, who's restless and thinks every day about how to make this more relevant and help more people, and who isn't afraid to build a business from scratch. What would your role be ? 📋 In this ecosystem, we want to cover everything from orthopedic products to physiotherapy sessions. My personal dream is for us to become the #1 marketplace of senior products, offering quality at a very affordable price. Because by being affordable, we can help reduce costs for the Administration while also giving access to more people with fewer resources. This business has extreme potential because these tend to be non-discretionary goods for a growing target market. What will your role be? The mission is simple: "Do whatever it takes to grow the business unit profitably." What we are looking for? 🔍 Great commercial skills. I'll help if needed, but you need to be able to build the partnerships on your own. Be very impatient, move fast, and have a hunger for execution. This is critical — don't wait for me to give you the ideas, get ahead of me and propose them yourself. Be very smart. We'll have to put a lot of thought into building something in a hyper-conservative industry. Be a pain in the ass. People call it resilient and persistent, but what I really want is an annoying fly that makes every Qida stakeholder believe this is the future, and everything else is a side business... :) We have an amazing office in Barcelona (Sarrià), where we go twice per week.
