Le Mini Macaron is a fast-growing premium nail brand sold across Europe, the US, and international markets through DTC e-commerce and major retailers (Sephora, ASOS, Douglas, El Corte Inglés, Zalando, Anthropologie). We operate out of Barcelona with a global supply chain spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to own and lead all logistics and supply chain operations for the group. This is a senior, hands-on management role with direct responsibility for our warehouse partners, international freight, production coordination, and inventory across 150+ SKUs.
You will be the operational backbone of the company — managing logistics end to end, building scalable and documented processes, and working directly with the CEO on strategic supply chain decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own daily order fulfilment across B2C (Shopify) and B2B (major retailers), including stock allocation across our warehouses
• Manage our 3PL warehouse partners: performance, SLAs, rates, and daily coordination
• Run international freight across EU, UK, US, and Asia — customs, incoterms, documentation
• Coordinate inbound production shipments from Asia with our suppliers and forwarders
• Plan inventory and inbound flow for peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas)
• Document and systematize processes — we are building a lean, automated, AI-supported operation
• Lead and develop a small logistics team; negotiate carrier and packaging costs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 4–8 years in logistics / supply chain / operations, ideally in a consumer brand, e-commerce, or startup environment
• At least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Proven cross-border shipment management (EU, UK, US, Asia): customs, incoterms, dangerous goods regulations
• Hands-on and autonomous — you build processes without big-company infrastructure
• Detail-oriented across high-SKU, multi-warehouse operations
• Tech-savvy: WMS, Shopify; enthusiasm for AI and automation tools; ERP a plus
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Spanish fluent, strong English; French a plus
• Barcelona-based or willing to relocate
