Your Role & Responsibilities You will lead product development, drive commercial performance, and elevate our capabilities across the Open Partners Operating System: Commercial Growth & Revenue Ownership: Generate revenue growth for Open Partners and our clients, ensuring your product hits commercial targets while maintaining strong functional margins. Strategic Governance & Excellence: Define and embed best practices across a market-leading operational system for planning and activating Organic Social and Influencer campaigns. Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate across our Media, Creative, and Data products to deliver cohesive, cross-platform strategies that prove clear impact on reach, response, and conversion. Client & Market Advocacy: Build trusted relationships with clients and partners as an indispensable growth partner, while evangelising our capabilities to the wider market to win new business. AI & Co-Intelligence Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team using a gold-standard AI and human workforce, driving automation so your team can focus on high-value strategic work.
