Role Description The Head of Portfolio Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment portfolios and ensuring alignment with client objectives, risk parameters, and market conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading portfolio strategy and allocation decisions, monitoring performance and risk metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to holdings. This role coordinates closely with advisory, research, and operations teams to integrate market insights, client needs, and regulatory requirements into portfolio decisions. The Head of Portfolio Management will establish and refine portfolio management processes, manage project and program initiatives related to investment offerings, and present performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. The position also involves mentoring team members, implementing best practices in portfolio governance, and contributing to the firm’s overall strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Portfolio Management and Project Portfolio Management skills, with experience overseeing diverse investment portfolios and related initiatives.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to evaluate performance, manage risk, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Program Management capabilities to lead investment programs, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure timely execution.
• Candidates should possess clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates should possess proven leadership experience, including managing teams, setting priorities, and driving continuous improvement in portfolio processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with portfolio management tools, financial modeling software, and standard office productivity applications.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, PMP) are beneficial.
• Candidates should possess a strong ethical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
