Key Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns for casino and sportsbook brands across multiple traffic sources and GEOs. Scale profitable campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, native advertising networks, and other paid acquisition channels. Manage campaign budgets efficiently. Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor monitoring, and identify new acquisition opportunities. Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, funnels, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Work closely with CRM, Affiliate, Design, Product, and Development teams to improve acquisition and player value. Identify and test new traffic sources, creatives, and market opportunities to diversify and scale user acquisition. Ensure compliance with advertising policies, platform guidelines, and local regulations in all target markets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advertising platform updates, and competitor activities. Requirements: Experience in PPC, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably within the iGaming industry. Proven track record of managing and scaling casino and sportsbook acquisition campaigns. Experience working across multiple GEOs and optimizing campaigns for different market segments. Strong understanding of player acquisition economics and KPIs. Experience managing large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
