About the Opportunity

Our client is an innovative, high-growth B2B SaaS organisation seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead and scale its Product function during an exciting period of growth

.Reporting into the executive leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in translating strategic vision into product execution, leading a high-performing Product team while working closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and key enterprise customers

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the Product function, driving execution in line with the company's strategic objectives
• Translate long-term product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Foster a high-performing, customer-centric product culture focused on innovation and continuous improvements
• Establish and evolve best-in-class Product Management practices to support business growth

Product Delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple product initiatives across Agile development teams
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure efficient, predictable product delivery
• Balance strategic product development with customer commitments and commercial priorities
• Continuously improve delivery processes, governance and product operations

Customer & Market Insight

• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a strategic product partner
• Leverage customer feedback, market research and competitor analysis to shape product direction
• Identify emerging market opportunities and translate insights into scalable product capabilities
• Champion a data-driven approach to product management and prioritisation

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with wider business objectives
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates and performance metrics to senior stakeholders

About You

You'll be an experienced Product Leader with a passion for building successful SaaS products and developing high-performing teams

You'll ideally bring:

• 7+ years' Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS environment
• Previous experience leading Product teams in a scaling technology business
• Proven ability to define product strategy and successfully deliver products from concept through to market
• Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing customer needs alongside business objectives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership and enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern Product Management practices
• Experience using customer insights, market analysis and product metrics to inform strategic decisions
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable Experience

• Payments, FinTech or Cyber Security
• Enterprise SaaS platforms
• AI-enabled products or experience embedding AI into Product Management processes
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
